Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our this role you will support the planning and execution of both internal and client-facing events. You will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure that every event runs smoothly on time and within budget. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about event planning logistics and customer service.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate events promotional activities and community functions
Communicate with vendors venues and suppliers to confirm services and timelines
Manage event calendars schedules and registration lists
Prepare and organize event materials signage and equipment
Support on-site event setup operations and breakdown
Help track budgets receipts and post-event reports
Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and Marketing team
Ensure high standards of service and guest experience
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality or a related field (preferred)
1 year of experience in event coordination or a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable working in fast-paced deadline-driven environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
Ability to lift and transport event materials (as needed)
