Job Description
This is a remote position.
Position Title: Digital Marketing AssistantWork Set-up: Part-Time / Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 11:00 AM PH Time
Salary: Php 25k to 35k (Part Time)
We are seeking a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Assistant to support the marketing efforts of our client a recruitment agency specializing in the healthcare and aged care sectors in Australia. You will help boost their digital presence and drive candidate engagement across web email and social media platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment or HR marketing who is passionate about digital marketing and looking to develop their skills in a meaningful mission-driven environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Assistant:
Assist in managing and scheduling content across various social media platforms
Monitor and engage with the audience to build brand awareness and trust
Collaborate with the content team to create relevant professional posts and campaigns
Assist in creating and editing content for online channels including job ads blog posts emails and social media
Help maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting
Support in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns targeting candidates and clients
Segment email lists and analyse campaign performance to inform improvements
Assist in keyword research and basic on-page SEO optimisation
Monitor and report on the performance of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook LinkedIn)
Compile data from digital marketing channels and help prepare performance reports
Use insights and analytics to make practical marketing recommendations
Help maintain and update the company website with new job posts and content
Coordinate with the web development team for changes or improvements
Stay up to date with trends in healthcare recruitment and digital strategy
Monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities in the Australian healthcare and aged care space
Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Assistant:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or related field
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) is an advantage
Strong interest in digital marketing with a recruitment or healthcare focus
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and content planning tools (e.g. Canva Buffer Meta Suite)
Basic understanding of SEO SEM and analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Insights)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing software
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Highly organised with keen attention to detail
Experience using Canva Photoshop or other design tools
Ability to work independently with remote guidance and within a collaborative team
