Job Description Summary
The Facilities Student Assistant will assist the Swenson Facilities Manager in all projects regarding the building. Such projects include building and lab safety reconfigurations access requests building inspections and emergency protocols. Troubleshooting equipment such as WIFI locks printers microwaves computers phones etc. Updating and keeping track of access spreadsheets. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
The facilities student assistant is responsible for the following: Assisting Facilities Manager with access requests Submitting and logging work request for facilities and custodial Building inspections Name insert requests/changes Updating spreadsheets such as storage inventory access spreadsheets facilities requests Lab inspections Inspecting furniture in common areas and patios Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Familiar with Microsoft Office Experience submitting work requests Experience submitting IS&T requests
