Job Summary

Initial/Affidavit filing of policies with the States providing Multi State Allocation and Broker forms to the client team. Monthly Reconciliation of billing report with government invoices to identity billing discrepancies on Surplus line taxes and stamping fees. Making payments for taxes and stamping fees to various State authorities as per payment due dates.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

  • File the policies with the governmental agencies post receiving Billing request received from the billing team.
  • Proportionate risks Premium and Tax amount associated with different states
  • Update broker forms for the field offices.
  • Timely and effective responses to all queries requests corrections etc. received from field offices/ other WTW departments in centralized mailboxes.
  • Following SOPs Client / Carrier specifications and adherence of all statutory requirements.
  • Participate and contribute in potential process improvement areas.
  • Ensure ongoing effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external).
  • Deliver as per defined KPIs for the role - Maintain Quality and Turnaround standards.
  • Understanding of upstream and downstream processes.
  • Participate and contribute in potential process improvement areas.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by-line manager

Required Qualifications Skills Knowledge Experience

Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eye for detail due to great amount of financial information.
  • Energetic enthusiastic individuals.
  • Logical thinking skillset is a must.
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems also should have the ability to adapt to changes.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks work within stiff timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of Accounting & Insurance Principles.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of MS office (Especially MS Excel).

Experience:

1 Year experience in Accounting/Financial Process preferable
