Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate health fairs special events training sessions and the annual Benefits Open Enrollment process.
- Develop prepare and deliver training materials on approved topics under the direction of property leadership.
- Conduct compliance audits (e.g. personnel files I-9s timekeeping records invoices); assist with investigations and leave administration; and prepare reports and investigative summaries.
- Support responses to agency inquiries unemployment claims and provide basic consulting and team member relations support.
- Oversee and manage the Team Member Services office in the absence of the HR Generalist/Manager. Serve as back-up for the Coordinator/Representative depending on office structure (including maintaining office supplies updating employment law posters conducting new-hire orientations managing pre-employment processing and other duties as needed).
- Respond to inquiries regarding company policies programs and procedures escalating issues to the appropriate party (e.g. Managers HR Leadership). Identify and refer potential escalated team member relations issues to the appropriate HR contact for further action.
- Manage team member communications including the local newsletter Info TV/CCTV content mail masters and related materials.
- Maintain accurate manager email distribution lists by reviewing and submitting updates to the I.T. Helpdesk when new leaders are hired or status changes occur.
- Under supervision compute wages and record data for payroll and timekeeping purposes; may be responsible for timekeeping duties.
- Maintain positive customer relations with internal and external stakeholders by anticipating needs and responding in a professional timely accurate and helpful manner (RAHI).
- Assist other property locations as needed to support business demands.
- Support additional tasks process improvements and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding employee and company matters
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven success working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Publisher
- Timekeeping experience preferred
- Working knowledge of human resources concepts and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to interact professionally with team members and guests at all levels in a service-oriented manner
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Florida State Drivers License to operate a company vehicle

Education and/or Experience
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in business administration with a focus in human resources and one to two years of related experience and/or training is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
