Covia is looking for a dynamic Salesforce Solution Architect with CRM and Marketing background responsible for designing implementing and optimizing the Salesforce application. This role collaborates with business stakeholders IT teams and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable secure and maintainable solutions using Salesforce.

The successful candidate will have the following Key Accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering Process Analysis and Solution Development to design solutions that align with business needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Function as a bridge between stakeholders and project teams ensuring alignment clear communications and clarity.
  • Testing Support: Assist in defining test cases validating solutions and ensuring they meet business expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business efficiency and value through innovative solutions.
  • Solution Development and Design: Ensure SFDC solutions meet business needs ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ensure SFDC provides business value with changing business needs.
  • Integration and Automation: Develop and implement integrations between SFDC and relevant business systems. Focus on automating processes to reduce manual efforts and improve data accuracy.
  • Training and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SFDC solutions and processes. Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use and adoption of SFDC solutions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Gather and analyze requirements from commercial and marketing stakeholders.
    • Facilitate workshops training and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure solution fit and end-user adoption.
  • Project Leadership & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business IT and third-party vendors) to drive project success and resolve complex challenges.
    • Guide internal and external teams through the Salesforce lifecycle using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Lead Salesforce upgrades enhancement and support activities focusing on CRM and Marketing process optimization and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure post-implementation adoption and provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
    • Provide day-to-day support and issue resolutions related to Salesforce.

The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications:

  • 10 years of proven experience as a CRM Solution Architect with strong functional expertise in CRM and Marketing related processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce implementation configuration testing and user training.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration requirements gathering authoring business requirements complete functional verification and implementation of Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level provide exceptional business service demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies see the big picture as well as the details.

  • Strong interpersonal and active-listening skills with ability to work in a team-oriented/collaborative environment.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to operational excellence and end-user outcomes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive internal and external information.

  • Project management and leadership skills experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in operations management business information systems engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM implementation configuration testing and user training specific to manufacturing environments
  • 10 years experience in information systems including supporting software applications analyzing testing and implementing business system changes and/or user acceptance testing including CRM and ERP application security and SOD controls.
  • Previous experience supporting digital transformation and system integrations within IFS ERP environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio SharePoint)
  • Business expertise in CRM and Marketing processes as well as having strong knowledge of other business processes

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Up to 20 percent to locations outside Ohio.
