Job Description
The Customer Service Operations Department (DOP) part of the B2B Platforms area is looking to strengthen its team with a Full-Stack Developer to join strategic projects in Assurance Observability and Platform Development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions based on the Altitude Software uCI 8 platform (focus and mandatory)
- Participate in technology evolution and systems integration projects
- Collaborate with operations and service assurance teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of B2B platforms
Qualifications :
- Proven experience with Altitude Software uCI 8
- Programming languages: VBScript C# SQL (Transact-SQL) HTML/CSS/JavaScript XML
- Integration and APIs: Web Services (SOAP/REST) ActiveX / COM ODBC / ADO
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server (Nice to have)
- Experience with PBX / SIP (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with LDAP / Active Directory (Nice to have)
