This is your opportunity to join an award-winning AJ100 practice known for its innovative thinking collaborative culture and beautifully crafted buildings. Youll be stepping into a Project Architect role with real design leadership - running projects managing teams and delivering high-quality work that shapes learning environments across the UK.
If youre an experienced Architect with strong technical ability confidence in front of clients and fluency in Revit and/or ArchiCAD this could be your next big step.
The Role:
Lead the design and delivery of mid- to high-rise education projects from concept through completion
Collaborate with in-house teams and external consultants to ensure design excellence and technical precision
Develop detailed design technical packages and construction drawings using Revit and/or ArchiCAD
Act as a key client contact presenting ideas handling feedback and driving delivery
Mentor junior architects and technicians supporting their development while maintaining project standards
Uphold design quality and compliance across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work
What Were Looking For:
Qualified Architect with solid experience running projects ideally in the education sector (other public sector experience also considered)
Confident using Revit and/or ArchiCAD in a professional setting
Proven ability to manage teams liaise with clients and coordinate with consultants
A strong eye for detail coupled with delivery experience across RIBA stages
Positive proactive attitude and a collaborative working style
