Exams and Assessment Officer (maternity cover)

Salary: 28598 to 29540

Hours: 37 hours per week during term time and holiday closure periods.

Outwood Academy Grange are excited to invite applications from professional individuals for this key role as an Exams and Assessment Officer. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate management and running of all examinations plus maintaining accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data thereby assisting SLT and Curriculum Leaders in raising standards within teaching and learning. They will also provide administration and data support to staff and students within the academy and provide Business Services with data and administration support.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills good time management and the ability to multitask and be able to work to tight deadlines. Strong IT skills specifically in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) are essential and experience of SIMS would be a definite advantage but is not essential as training will be provided on all aspects of the role.

This is a temporary role linked to a staff members maternity leave. Therefore this role will end on the 14 September 2026 or when the employee returns to work depending on which is sooner.
