Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a multi-year Advancement Plan aligned with the schools strategic goals.
- Foundation Awareness: Create engaging materials (FAQs videos infographics) and integrate Foundation information into onboarding processes.
- Culture of Giving: Promote generosity and inclusion through events recognition and multiple ways to give (time talent treasure).
- Fundraising & Stewardship: Manage fundraising initiatives and major gifts organize inspiring community events and ensure timely donor recognition.
- Communications: Collaborate on compelling storytelling across web social media newsletters and video.
- Data & Systems: Implement CRM systems track KPIs ensure GDPR compliance and produce regular impact reports.
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- Degree in a relevant field (nonprofit management communications education)
- 5 years of experience in advancement/fundraising ideally in international education
- Proven track record in achieving ambitious fundraising targets
- Strong English communication; German skills a plus
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools and data-driven strategies
- Passion for education intercultural understanding and ethical fundraising
Important: Before beginning the employment at BBIS the following documents must be submitted:
- Proof of immunity against measles which must have been confirmed by a doctor if you were born after 1970. Alternatively a medical certificate of medical contraindication can be provided.
- The original certificate of the highest obtained (university) degree.
- An extended certificate of conduct that must not be older than six months.
