Description

Job Summary:

The Loss Prevention Coordinator will maintain and foster business relationships with external and internal partners and support overall team efficiency. Their focus will be to minimize disruptions to key Loss Prevention support functions with customer-facing impact including alarms guard postings and towing will also be a resource to field commonly asked questions and route some e-mail traffic to appropriate resources within the department and throughout the company.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administrate timely payment of Loss Prevention related invoices and provide oversight of other departments invoices to external LP business partners

  • Ensure new stores are properly permitted with applicable municipalities

  • Collect and send all permit and alarm fines to Accounts Payable to avoid any disruption of support from local law enforcement

  • Manage guard performance at active postings through periodic spot checks and feedback from the field

  • Coordinate security needs in support of company projects and external threats to store associates and shrink performance through partnerships with RLPM and other field leaders

  • Research towing regulations by jurisdiction (city/county) leverage internal partnerships to determine relevant lot boundaries and identify local towing partners to contract service in stores reporting illegal parking

  • Compose routine compliance reporting for circulation to key field partners

  • Monitor departmental communications; ensuring invoices legal notices restitution checks and store inquiries are addressed promptly or otherwise forwarded to an appropriate resource

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 2 year experience working in fast-paced environment preferred; able to thrive within ambiguity

  • Must be deadline focused organized and able to prioritize multiple projects

  • Strong project management skills

  • Advanced oral written and presentation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task effectively
