As an IT Administrator you will be supporting Management and the team with all administrative IT support and coordination functions for effective and efficient service delivery to all stakeholders.
This role is designed for someone who is passionate about building relationships excels in organisational tasks and thrives in a multifaceted position that encompasses both client engagement and executive support.
Required Skills:
IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of our companys IT infrastructure including servers networks and systems.
Ensure the availability reliability and scalability of IT systems to meet business needs.
Monitor system performance and security implementing measures to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
INFORMATION SECURITY
Develop and implement IT security policies procedures and controls to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access breaches and cyber threats.
Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies proactively addressing vulnerabilities and risks.
TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Evaluate new technologies and tools recommending solutions that enhance productivity efficiency and competitiveness.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead IT projects from conception to completion ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements milestones and deliverables.
USER SUPPORT
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members resolving IT issues promptly and effectively.
Develop and deliver user training programs to promote IT literacy and self-service capabilities.
Any other duties as requested.
