Job Description

We advise our clients to identify understand and address their human rights in the context of the OECD Guidelines UNGPs current and upcoming regulation on value chain due diligence and help them improve their overall social impact.

Our team members work with business government and not-for-profit to understand complex social issues risks and opportunities. We develop and implement practical responses to create sustainable positive change. We are part of KPMGs Social Sustainability  Business and Human Rights and Supply Chain & Operations Networks bringing together specialists around the world to deliver international solutions.

You will be working on a range of innovative services relating to social impact human rights in business ethical sourcing sustainable supply chain management social assessments and stakeholder engagement. Together with colleagues from different countries and departments of KPMG you work towards building market relations and serving customers. Together with ESG reporting and assurance specialists you will help clients navigate complexities related to ESRS S1-4 with a focus on the identification and management of relevant risk and opportunities as well as the policies and action plans to improve the social performance of our clients.

Qualifications :

  • You have 10 years of experience in business and human rights or ESG consulting.
  • Strong preference for prior working experience in both consultancy and in-house roles either in the corporate sector or financial sector.
  • You have knowledge of the Dutch market which is essential for effectively supporting our clients.
  • You have C1-level Dutch language proficiency required to communicate professionally with our Dutch-speaking clients.


Additional Information :

  • Gross salary between 6120 and 8850 per month depending on your work experience profit sharing a fixed expense allowance and a working from home allowance of 2.40 per working day.
