What Youll Be Doing
As our go-to technical product expert youll work closely with dealers contractors rental companies and internal teams to keep the wheels turning smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily technical support troubleshooting and diagnostics for our equipment range
- Creating and delivering training programsboth online and in personfor our customers sales reps and partners
- Collaborating with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developments
- Assisting with product testing prototype evaluations and new product introductions
- Building and maintaining a detailed library of product specs service info and technical resources
- Tracking product performance and proactively identifying improvement opportunities
This is a highly collaborative role where youll help shape Flextools future with your insight initiative and technical know-how.

What Youll Bring
Were looking for someone whos curious confident and comfortable getting their hands dirty.
Youll ideally have:
- A basic understanding of petrol/diesel engines mechanical systems and electrical/hydraulic equipment
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to all types of audiences
- An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret service manuals and technical documentation
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and a valid Australian drivers license
- Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally overseas
