Shine of Cincinnati is a fast-growing high-end home services company delivering top-quality window cleaning pressure washing and exterior home maintenance to residential and commercial clients. We take pride in our work create standout results and make it easy for homeowners to keep their properties in top shape.
As a Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technician youll be hands-on in the field using professional tools and equipment to deliver high-quality service. This is an active outdoor job that rewards hustle attention to detail and great customer service.
- $1000/week average
- $1500$2000/week during peak season (spring early summer fall)
We pay commission bonuses tips and top performers consistently earn above-average pay.
- Clean windows by hand and/or using professional tools (interior/exterior)
- Perform pressure washing of homes driveways patios decks fences and buildings
- Operate and maintain pressure washing and window cleaning equipment
- Use ladders and work at heights safely
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Ensure each job meets Shines high standards of quality and professionalism
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Physically fit able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
- Dependable punctual and detail-oriented
- Great with people and able to communicate professionally
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Experience in window cleaning or pressure washing is a bonus but we train the right people
- High earning potential with commission hourly pay bonuses and tips
