The Role
As the Warehouse Manager & Project Lead you will take ownership of daily operational requirements ensuring all project deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. You will manage warehouse and yard operations liaise with clients and suppliers oversee transport scheduling and drive continuous improvement across the site.
Your leadership will be central to developing the teams capabilities implementing efficient processes and delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations ensuring compliance with HSSEQ standards.
Manage warehouse yard and transport scheduling for projects and shipments.
Liaise with clients suppliers and contractors to address operational needs.
Oversee inventory control stocktakes and accurate record-keeping.
Implement efficient workflow processes and drive operational improvements.
Provide training guidance and performance management for team members.
Monitor project costs budgets and invoicing.
About You
LF (Forklift) Licence essential.
Proven experience in project management and warehouse operations.
Strong background in transport cargo handling and workflow optimisation.
Excellent leadership negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate IT skills (Word Excel Outlook).
Safety and first aid certifications (desirable).
Physically capable of national and international travel.
