Role and Responsibilities
The Fulfillment & Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of functions that contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of shipments to customers. To meet individual performance metrics that are consistent with the client(s) Service Level Agreements and NationsOTC Standard Operating Procedures.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load pack wrap label ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick unload label store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean organized workstation
- Conduct audits for warehouse inventory counts
- Transport material within the warehouse
- Meet and/or exceed quality performance metrics through consistent quality monitoring and employee feedback
- Escalate issues/risks that impact quality or performance relative to client expectations/SLAs in an expedient manner
- Responsible for compliance with all federal state and local laws rules and regulations affecting Company
- Responsible for participating in quality assurance compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company
- Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Ability to work independently
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Forklift certification or experience
Schedule
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm EST
- Some weekends & overtime required during ramp/peak seasons.
