The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is offering an exciting opportunity for a Flight Controls and Mechanical Hydraulics Senior Certification Leader (Level L) to join the team in Everett WA.
Position Overview:
As the Certification Leader for Flight Control and Mechanical Hydraulic Systems (FCMH) functions of BCA Engineering you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aviation and ensuring safety for the current this role you will lead FAA delegates (E-UMs E-UM Advisors) and first-level managers and staff engaged in engineering technical and regulatory tasks across FCMH.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Leads develops and motivates employees and first-level managers engaged in engineering and technical activities.
Develops and executes integrated plans policies and procedures to achieve technical goals.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships to achieve technical goals spanning Airplane Programs and the Regulatory Administration.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science.
5 yearsof previous leadership experience (formally or informally leading or managing teams).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10 years of technical aerospace experience along with working knowledge of Boeing Engineering
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Previous experience working Certification related challenges.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution experience.
