Job Description
About the role:
As our Supply Chain Coordinator youll plan organise and look for ways to streamline processes in our dry goods warehouse. Based in Hornby youll also play a crucial role in ensuring the workflow of the Cross Dock and Flow Through functions are running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying opportunities for process improvements
Providing effective communication between departments
Escalating issues and missed deliveries to relevant departments
Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Youll join a fun and exciting team where no two days are the same.
Days of work will be Monday to Friday hours to be discussed.
About you:
Youll be someone who gets stuck into the work picking tasks up running with it and making it your own. Ideally youll also bring:
Previous experience working in logistics
Confidence using and learning computer systems e.g. SAP
Excellent time management skills
Exposure to Lean or other continuous improvement principles is preferred but not essential
