Job Description

Were looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support a wide range of supply chain functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate data management across our systems and warehouses.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Releasing customer orders to our warehouses for fulfillment

  • Confirming shipped orders performing QA checks resolving discrepancies updating tracking information and generating delivery notes

  • Creating custom documentation for cross-border shipments between Canada and the U.S.

  • Completing monthly inventory reviews investigating variances and coordinating with warehouse teams to correct and reconcile counts

  • Maintaining accurate item (SKU) data in the ERP system

  • Generating and updating regular reports including a weekly serial number report and inventory tracking reports

  • Supporting the broader supply chain team by cross-training in purchasing and logistics functions

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and data accuracy

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-heavy environment has strong attention to detail and enjoys being part of a collaborative fast-moving team.


Qualifications :

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset

  • 13 years of experience in supply chain logistics inventory or data entry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience preferred (Infor M3 is a bonus)

  • Bilingual is an asset

  • Comfortable managing large datasets with a high degree of accuracy

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Organized self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively


Additional Information :

Salary Range - $35000 - $45000
