Were looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support a wide range of supply chain functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate data management across our systems and warehouses.
Core responsibilities include:
Releasing customer orders to our warehouses for fulfillment
Confirming shipped orders performing QA checks resolving discrepancies updating tracking information and generating delivery notes
Creating custom documentation for cross-border shipments between Canada and the U.S.
Completing monthly inventory reviews investigating variances and coordinating with warehouse teams to correct and reconcile counts
Maintaining accurate item (SKU) data in the ERP system
Generating and updating regular reports including a weekly serial number report and inventory tracking reports
Supporting the broader supply chain team by cross-training in purchasing and logistics functions
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and data accuracy
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-heavy environment has strong attention to detail and enjoys being part of a collaborative fast-moving team.
Qualifications :
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
13 years of experience in supply chain logistics inventory or data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience preferred (Infor M3 is a bonus)
Bilingual is an asset
Comfortable managing large datasets with a high degree of accuracy
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Organized self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Additional Information :
Salary Range - $35000 - $45000
