Enrollment Manager (Part-Time)

Santa Fe South Schools is seeking a highly organized service-oriented Enrollment Manager to support and oversee the student enrollment process across our growing district. This position plays a key role in ensuring that families experience a smooth and supportive transition into our schools. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the district-wide enrollment and registration process from application to placement.
- Review validate and process enrollment applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate communications related to enrollment including timely follow-up emails and outreach to families.
- Partner with school site leaders to streamline the intra-district transfer process and ensure timely placements.
- Collaborate with campus leadership to analyze student retention data and determine open seat availability for each school.
- Maintain up-to-date enrollment records including lottery data and results in accordance with district policies and deadlines working in collaboration with the Student Information System Manager to ensure accuracy.
- Provide ongoing leadership and support to the enrollment team school secretaries and registrars regarding enrollment questions parent inquiries and student data updates.
- Work with the team to develop and distribute promotional materials and flyers for district enrollment and recruitment events.
- Assist in planning and executing family-focused events such as parent registration workshops and Parent Portal support sessions.
- Represent Santa Fe South Schools at community events and outreach efforts related to student recruitment and enrollment as needed.
- Support established school sites with increasing enrollment as new grade levels are added (in some cases)
- Consult and communicate with the superintendent and/or other district leaders as new school sites are added to the district in order to ensure enrollment needs are met
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education communications or related field preferred.
- Prior experience with PowerSchool Enrollment is required.
- Strong interpersonal organizational and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer service in an educational or service-focused setting.
- Familiarity with student data systems FERPA guidelines and district enrollment procedures is a plus.

- Part-Time Position (Hours to be determined based on district needs and priorities during enrollment cycles)
- Reports to: Executive Director of Student Services
- Location: Santa Fe South Schools District Office (with travel to school sites as needed)
