As the Phoenix Program Manager (PM) you will serve as the Director-level PM leading the Phoenix Prototype effort.
The Project Manager will lead a small technical team and be responsible for setting maintaining and adhering to the overall program schedule. This role includes assigning and managing team tasks to ensure timely delivery of key milestones including the completion and submission of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). The PM will facilitate regular working groups comprised of customer budget subject matter experts (SMEs) ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities. They will also conduct product demonstrations and play a critical role in translating complex customer requirements into clear actionable tasks for the technical team ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Additionally the PM will be responsible for capturing customer feedback from demos and user acceptance testing and ensuring it is effectively incorporated into future iterations of the product.
The ideal candidate should have a firm understanding of Program Management Cloud environments Operations and Technology transformations and should have working knowledge of risk management activities system acquisition and the information technology lifecycle for cloud-based systems (or demonstrate like in kind experience with major technology transitions).
