Job Description

We are is seeking an experienced O/R Quality Assurance Lead to join our clients aerospace Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) this role you will be the key leader ensuring product quality regulatory compliance and smooth communication between suppliers customers and aviation authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee quality assurance for aerospace MRO products ensuring compliance with FAA/EASA/CAA Part 145 Repair Station regulations.
Act as the primary liaison with the FAA Flight Standards District Office on all regulatory matters.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding all quality-related issues.
Ensure adherence to FAA/EASA/CAA AS9100/ISO and other applicable quality standards.
Conduct internal audits to support compliance and maintain O/R quality records manuals regulations and airworthiness directives.
Review and approve purchase orders contracts and supplier certifications.
Respond to customer requests for corrective/preventive actions ensuring issues are resolved and closed.
Conduct supplier evaluations and audits.
Assist with inspections teardown reports and quality documentation packages as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in aerospace MRO quality systems.
Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning/tolerancing measurement techniques manufacturing methods and FAA/EASA/CAA regulations.
Proven understanding of AS9100/ISO quality systems.
Excellent technical interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
In-depth understanding of aerospace MRO operations and Part 145 Repair Station requirements.
Experience working directly with FAA/EASA/CAA authorities and Airworthiness Directives.
