Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead motivate and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance providing regular feedback and guidance and assisting in improving sales results.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training coaching demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Customer Interaction: Oversee and when necessary participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues.
- Sales Targets: Set and review sales targets ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue conversion rates and other KPIs.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in telesales with at least 1-2 years in a team lead.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated goal-oriented and driven.
