Based in the Berlin office this is a full time 5 days per week office-based position

The Tour Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the tour merchandise related to selling artist branded product on the road. This position requires integration of all departments including art production account management logistics and finance.
- Communicate with Clients and Account Managers to establish and understand final product ranges.
- Draft projections identifying final gross profit and spending per head
- Mange the set up/forecasting management reconciliation/reporting via atVenu of each tour
- Research clients previous products lines/sales history
- Determine sizing and quantities which fit bands current demographic.
- Project tour expenses fees if applicable
- Supervise product shipping/Logistics.
- Determine best methods of shipping navigate split/drop
- Manage small tour operations.
- Advance shows and tours with the relevant
-Hire local vendors adjust merch contract if negotiable.
- Travel to artist performances to assure QC and logistic efficiencies.
- Discuss future tours client needs/interests new designs.
- Hire touring merchandise managers to professionally represent BSI Merch
- Manage tour merchandise inventory.
- Track and adjust inventory daily/per show.
- Submit reorders into production.
- Avoid overstocking through continuous projections.
- Follow up with Tour/Production Mangers/ Client
- Retrieve credit card batch reports and receipts.
- Retrieve expense reports receipts.
- Work with accounting dept on tour summary reports
- Manage templates to review all tour sales taxing venue share vend fees expenses shipping costs etc.
- At least three years experience in music touring or merchandise.
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking organisational and timemanagement abilities with strategic thinking attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Teams Outlook).
Preferences
- Experience in music or entertainment merchandising; proficiency with or similar projectmanagement tools and atVenu.
- Solid knowledge of European geography and familiarity with MyPOS or other pointofsale devices.
