Job Summary:
The Technical Support Specialist provides support for IT endpoints including PCs printers and wired/wireless devices. This role requires a combination of technical skills customer service experience and the ability to work at various locations based on operational needs.
Location: Arlington Virginia United States
Responsibilities:
- Supporting IT endpoints such as PCs printers wired and wireless devices.
- Utilizing a basic Technical Support Services toolkit (i.e. screwdrivers pliers sockets etc.).
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 1 year of experience supporting IT end points.
- 1 year of service desk or call center support experience.
- A certification.

- Must have reliable transportation to work at various work sites.

Scheduling:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm
- Sunday through Wednesday 10:00 pm 8:30 am (4 days x 10 hours days with 30-minutes for lunch)
- Wednesday through Saturday 10:00 pm 8:30 am (4 days x 10 hours days with 30-minutes for lunch)
