Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: OH Cincinnati
Rate - DOE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Path to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 57 years of experience in business analysis with a proven track record of leveraging automation tools to enhance business processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through automation.
Utilize Path to design develop and implement automated workflows.
Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs) functional specifications and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
Support the testing process by developing test cases and coordinating UAT with end users.
Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes.
Monitor and report on project progress ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and automation.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in VIPath and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation.
Proven experience in business analysis including requirements gathering and process mapping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies.
Experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
Certifications in business analysis (e.g. CBAP) or Path
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on automation and process improvement. Demonstrated experience in Path development and implementation.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
