Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies for finance positions.
Working collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to create a recruitment strategy that includes a plan around sourcing channels marketing and practicalities including timescales and resources.
Source screen and assessing candidates
Engaging with active and passive talent utilizing own database of candidates networks and job portals/social media
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate interview logistics with stakeholders.
Collaborate with external recruitment partners for niche or high-volume mandates.
Ensure job descriptions are detailed and role-specific to optimize HiredScore and Workday integrations.
Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill source effectiveness and candidate quality.
Actively championing and promoting internal mobility and should be thinking creatively around talent pipelining and transferable skill sets.
