Job Description-
-15 years experience in IT Service Transitions and Program Management.
- strong understanding of service delivery quality management and project lifecycle
- Familiarity with Software development and QA environments.
- Manage end to end transition of QA/QE processess from legacny to modern automation platforms.
- Develop detailed QE transition plans timelines and success metrics.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders (QA Development DevOps Product Owners).
-Monitor and manage risks dependencies and blockers during the transition
-Track and report progress to all stakeholders and Senior Leadership.
