Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborating with both the operations and business development teams to ensure applications are
completed in a timely manner
Ability to identify and make recommendations for approval policy exceptions.
Partnering with credit and operations teams to troubleshoot and optimize application
and credit processes through automation.
Analysing borrower data and trends while bringing a continuous improvement mind-set to deliver a
better experience and scale our operations
Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers.
Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations.
Analysing and mitigating risks on new as well as existing customers.
Monitor Delinquency and NPA to budgeted levels
Support development of Credit Scorecards Risk Models & auto-approval mechanisms
Reviewing and updating the company s credit policy
Minimal rework/errors as part of underwriting quality
Maintaining TAT as per guidelines
Handling & Monitoring the Performance of the Credit Team
Prepare CAM Reports
Requirement & Skills
Proven work experience of 5 to 7 years as a Credit Head/Manager from a
NBFC/Fintech
Excellent Analytical skills
Bachelor s degree in commerce Business Administration Finance or similar field
Deep understanding of industry/function and associated processes data and systems
A self-starter love learning and are constantly working to keep your skills up to date
Good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Detail orientated.
Team Management skills.
