Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project proposals and cash flow projections.
- Prepare financial reports including IM/ NBG format for different Banks/FI.
- Ensuring timely monitoring of proposals.
- Analyze risk and ensure that financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
Required Skills
- Prior Understanding of construction finance and Project Finance (MSME) is must.
- Excellent financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in financial software such as Excel Word and Power-point.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
