Develop implement and maintain the company s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO or other applicable standards.
Define quality assurance policies procedures and standards for the organization.
Lead internal audits inspections and compliance checks to ensure adherence to quality systems.
Coordinate with production engineering and operations teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Oversee supplier quality assurance processes and vendor evaluations.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on quality-related protocols for internal teams.
Liaise with customers and external auditors on quality-related matters and certifications.
Analyze key quality indicators (KPI) customer complaints and non-conformities to recommend process improvements.
Ensure documentation traceability and regulatory compliance for all products or services.
Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure professional development and efficiency.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering / Quality Management / Science / or a related field.
Certified in ISO 9001:2015 (Lead Auditor preferred) or equivalent QMS certifications.
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO GMP HACCP IATF AS9100 depending on the industry).
Proficiency in quality tools like Root Cause Analysis FMEA CAPA SPC and 8D methodology.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance industry audits and documentation protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience in ERP or QMS software for quality tracking and reporting.
