Job Description
Were looking for a Technical Delivery Lead who combines architect-level technical expertise team leadership experience and strong client-facing skills. Youll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across projects in the Business Unit- from technical pre-sales to solution design and execution.
Youll work closely with engineering teams shaping solutions guiding implementations and building trusted relationships that support long-term success.
Your work will be focused on the following:
- Lead engineering and delivery within the Business Unit-own scope architecture planning and execution across multiple projects.
- Be the technical voice in customer meetings if needed- support sales validate needs and translate them into viable solution approaches.
- Guide and mentor your delivery teams removing blockers supporting growth and ensuring focus on outcomes.
- Ensure architectural soundness engineering quality and scalability of all delivered solutions.
- Oversee project health onboarding ramp-down and ensure clarity in communication and progress.
- Align delivery practices with business goals- balancing speed quality and maintainability.
- Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
Qualifications :
Youll Excel in This Role If You:
- Have a solid technical foundation and hands-on experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Engineer.
- Have led small team(s) and have leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire engineers and help them grow professionally.
- Can confidently participate in technical pre-sales solution planning and client communication.
- Understand both technical detail and business context and can act as a bridge between the two.
- Have great collaboration and communication skills ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Have strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks.
- Show initiative learn continuously and care about delivering impactful results.
- Have Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English. Estonian language is a plus.
