Job Description

Main purpose of the position:

As a Change Manager you play a pivotal role in driving the people side of transformation - partnering with leaders designing communication and engagement strategies and enabling employees to adopt new ways of working. You are accountable for leading change planning stakeholder alignment impact analysis and readiness across a group of people global initiatives ensuring project goals are realized through effective adoption. You impact future projects by setting the frame and standards for change tools and ways of working. As a member of the global learning and development team you will drive the change management organisational capability.

What youll do:

  • Develop the overall change plan for strategic people transformation initiatives together with the project teams.
  • Drive the change track of the implementation plan including being the main point of contact on change for local country organisations and with hands on showing how it is done.
  • Drive and facilitate the impact assessment including documenting key risk and mitigation plans with collaboration from pilot countries and the project team.
  • Facilitate communication plan and engage local change champions managers and influencers
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with the L&D team to build and deliver learning solutions which enable adoption and ensure long-term reinforcement.
  • Monitor readiness and adoption.
  • Build up a change management toolbox to benefit future projects based on the learnings throughout the actual support for the people transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the L&D team for developing overall change management and leadership capability across the enterprise.

Who youll work with:

  • People & Culture community Transformation and Internal Comms Learning & Development community.
  • Project teams for strategic initiatives under the Leading Frontline Employer (LFE) strategic pillar
  • Pilot countries and the future pipeline of countries

Key qualifications:

  • Masters degree within Change Management organisational development or similar
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale culture and change projects in a complex global organisation
  • Experience and/or knowledge of digital transformations and agile working practices
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with design and delivery of enablement solutions (training knowledge management follow-up and reinforcement) supporting employees transitions into the new ways of working
  • Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure and has great organisational skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
