Job Description
We are looking for a junior lawyer to joinour Real Estate practice!
The Real Estate practice
Our core real estate practice is led by partners Yves Delacroix Alexandre Emond and Laurent Pyls. The team consists of 8 people and works in an integrated manner with the firms other recognised practices including tax regulatory (permitting environment public-private partnerships energy) commercial litigation corporate and finance.
The real estate practice top-ranked in Belgium (Chambers Legal 500) covers all major asset classes within the professional real estate sector: retail hotel and leisure office industrial and logistics (warehouses data centres and industrial sites) senior and care housing co-living and residential property (generally acting for professional companies or firms active in the residential property market).
The work encompasses assisting Belgian and foreign business clients at all stages of their high-profile real estate investments and projects whether the need is for advice drafting and negotiation of documentation or dispute management.

- Has an excellent level of Dutch and English and a good knowledge of French.
- Is keen to build experience in a broad range of real estate and property matters.
- Has a first-class Belgian law degree.
- Has strong analytical skills and is eager to learn.
- Has a client-oriented practical and commercial mind-set.
- Can prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fluctuating workload.
- Is a team-player who can work independently.
