Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Agent Digital Sales to join our B2B digital sales this role youll support daily operations analyze performance data and play a key part in optimizing our digital sales channelsespecially within the dynamic US market. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You support day-to-day operative tasks within our digital sales segment for B2B customer
You contribute to the development and refinement of ideas to optimize our digital sales channel
You act as a point of contact for customer inquiries providing reliable support in resolving issues
You support with reporting and data analysis helping to identify trends and optimization potential within the US market
You serve as a key interface between our US-based telesales team and the digital sales unit ensuring alignment and collaboration
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience Several years of professional experience in digital sales or customer support
- Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for performance optimization
- Technical Proficiency Familiar with tools such as Excel Google Analytics and other BI/reporting platforms
- Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Education Bachelors degree or higher in Business or a related field
