Early Careers Recruitment Consultant 12-month fixed term contract

An opportunity exists within our Melbourne team for an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant to support our award-winning graduate and intern recruitment programmes. This is a 12-month fixed term position covering Parental Leave.
Whats it like to be on our team
As an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant at Aurecon youll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Lead Recruitment Teams and Talent Development teams to deliver impactful early careers campaigns.
Heres a glimpse of your adventure:
- Bringing talent on board Partner with the Graduate Recruitment Lead and team to execute Aurecons Graduate and Intern Campaign attracting diverse high-quality talent.
- Connecting with future talent Build relationships with universities student groups and career services to enhance our presence and create talent pipelines.
- Showcasing our brand Promote our employer brand across social media and other advertising channels to ensure we attract the best and brightest.
- Owning the journey Manage and coordinate a high volume of early careers events assessment centres and key recruitment activities.
- Diversity and inclusion in action Work closely with teams to deliver recruitment strategies that support our diversity objectives.
- Continuous improvement Provide reporting and insights to help refine our programmes and ensure they remain innovative and competitive.

Were looking for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Youll bring:
- Experience in a recruitment role ideally with exposure to early careers or high-volume hiring.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates universities and internal teams.
- A passion for talent acquisition and creating a positive candidate experience.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries.
- A self-starter mindset with a strong customer-service approach.
