As a Process Engineer you work hands-on in the lab to evaluate the technical feasibility of innovative product ideas in the food tech sector develop early-stage process concepts and generate lab-scale data to lay the foundation for scalable industry-ready technologies.

- You will design and conduct experiments to identify key process parameters and uncover improvement opportunities
- Explore and evaluate new technologies machinery and methods to optimize our production line
- Support early-stage product ideas with technical assessments and feasibility studies
- Develop initial process concepts including material and parameter studies to set the stage for scale-up
- Collaborate closely with our flavour and product development teams to ensure smooth transitions from lab to large-scale production
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production quality and cost to enhance overall performance
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
- A hands-on self-driven mindset with a strong technical affinity for lab and processing equipment
- At least 3 years of working experience in a lab or pilot-scale environment ideally in food processing or product development
- Completed vocational training or a degree in food technology process engineering chemistry biotechnology or a related scientific or engineering discipline
- A precise organized and curious approach paired with a sharp eye for detail and continuous improvement
- A systematic problem-solving mindset with experience in root cause analysis and issue resolution
- With a proactive attitude you thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
