DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET:

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Fhrungskrften in allen personalrelevanten Themen an unserem Standort in Tuttlingen mit ca. 170 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung fr den gesamten Employee Lifecycle von Onboarding bis Offboarding
  • Untersttzung bei der Umsetzung von lokalen sowie internationalen HR-Projekten und -Initiativen (z.B. Talent Management Employer Branding Digitalisierung)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und -Richtlinien
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Shared Service Centern (Talent Acquisition Employee Services Compensation & Benefits Payroll Time & Attendance)

  • Erstellung und berarbeitung von Prsentationen interner Kommunikation und HR-Kennzahlen


DEIN PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Erste bis mehrjhrige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich idealerweise als Generalist:in in einem internationalen Unternehmen
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikative zuverlssige Persnlichkeit mit Organisationstalent sowie einer selbststndigen effizienten und proaktiven Arbeitsweise
