Fr unseren Standort in Hannover suchen wir Dich ab sofort als
Praktikant/Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich HR Learning & Development
Du mchtest Learning & Development (L&D) nicht nur kennenlernen sondern aktiv mitgestalten
Bei uns arbeitest du hands-on an echten Projekten erhltst tiefe Einblicke in moderne Lernformate und wirst Teil eines dynamischen und engagierten Teams.
Wir suchen jemanden der mitdenkt anpackt und eigene Ideen einbringt gerne auch im Rahmen eigenverantwortlicher kleinerer Projekte.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
Gestaltung von Kommunikations- und Marketingmaterialien fr unsere internen L&D-Initiativen
Organisation und Betreuung unserer Learning Academy inklusive Teilnahmemanagement Trainerkommunikation und Pflege der internen Lernplattform
Organisation und Begleitung von L&D-Veranstaltungen (z.B. Lernwochen Info-Sessions Learning Day)
Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte um Lernen sichtbar und erlebbar zu machen (z.B. Visuals Kampagnen)
Es besteht die Mglichkeit diese Ttigkeiten mit der Erstellung einer Abschlussarbeit zu verknpfen.
Deine Qualifikation:
Du befindest dich im fortgeschrittenen Studium dein Fachbereich ist zweitrangig wichtiger sind Eigeninitiative Struktur und Teamgeist
Du bernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bringst frische Ideen ein
Kreatives Mitgestalten und das Vorantreiben von Projekten bereiten dir Freude
Du verfgst ber sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
