Required Skills and Experience:
Assign coordinate and review work and activities of programming personnel. Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Supervise train mentor junior level programmers in programming and program coding. Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts and software & solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended Supervise mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Represent project teams in project/program meetings or in meetings with sponsor.
*Qualifications: 6-12 years experience Bachelors Degree.
*Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques Software Engineering Architecture Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
*Should be proficient in Business Analysis Business Knowledge Software Engineering Leadership Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
*Minimum of 5 years leading technology teams in development efforts that are governed by timeline scope and budget.
*A minimum of 3 years of hands-on-experience architecting and delivering solutions related to enterprise integration RESTful APIs service-oriented architecture and legacy modernization.
*Ability to translate business requirements into a comprehensive well-formed technical design.
*Excellent written and verbal skills are essential.
*Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly. Ability to methodically step through problems to understand where the problem originates and how to best resolve it.
*Understanding of architectural concepts for implementations including encryption security logging throttling scalability clustering and security.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects assess a projects technical feasibility as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a projects technical architecture. They define the structure of a system its interfaces and the principles that guide its organization software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architects role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.

You should be able to identify and challenge several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment.
You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations.
You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.
You are seen as a role model in your community.
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualification: 12 yearsexperience Bachelors Degree.
Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.
Should be experienced in foundation People Leadership service & delivery.
Should be proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership.
Should be masters in Technology Awareness & Leveraging and Innovation & Capability Growth.
