Job Description

Your role is to make validation easier faster and more fun to ensure high-quality silicon and products. Primarily your role is to build tools that increase the level of abstraction validation engineers use to interact with hardware and with testing processes. This role requires creative abstraction of both design specifications and data extracted from systems to create innovative tools for control visualization and analysis of Apple products. These tools can include anything from low-level JTAG interaction with electrical IPs to diagnosis of test results across an entire lab of tests. You will work closely with engineers across groups including validation hardware software design and architecture to comprehend current processes and find impactful ways into the adjacent and far possible.


  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.


  • Advanced level of Python programming
  • Familiarity with computer / system / SoC architecture
  • Imagination for building complex processes and making useful interactive user experiences a joy to use
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with revision control systems including at least git.
