Job Description

Job Title: Sales Operations Assistant

Contractor Fee: $1700/month (USD)

Work Arrangement: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)

About This Role:

Were looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support the fast-moving sales and GTM (go-to-market) team of one of our growing clients. This is a highly operational role where youll help drive pipeline momentum by supporting outreach campaigns maintaining CRM accuracy qualifying leads and documenting key sales processes. If you thrive in a collaborative remote-first environment and enjoy staying two steps ahead to keep things running smoothly wed love to meet you.

The role is primarily remote but once a physical office in Metro Manila is established you may be expected to join team meetings onsite once or twice a month and travel within Metro Manila for event-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email task and calendar coordination for sales/GTM leaders

  • Execute outbound lead generation via LinkedIn and other marketing channels

  • Assist with website lead qualification using platforms like Vector and Attio

  • Document sales meeting notes agendas and follow-ups

  • Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records across multiple tools

  • Support co-marketing and field sales activation plays

  • Track customer and partner activities using sales journals

  • Conduct light research for events prospects and outreach prep

  • Organize and update shared resources and process documentation

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 proficiency)

  • Previous experience supporting sales marketing or GTM teams

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing contact databases

  • Familiar with lead generation and LinkedIn outreach workflows

  • Highly organized self-managed and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable documenting activities meetings and playbooks

  • Reliable with excellent follow-through and time management

  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Based in the Philippines and willing to travel within Metro Manila if needed

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday flexible working hours with required availability for a daily stand-up between 9AM to 5PM US PST.
