Were looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support the fast-moving sales and GTM (go-to-market) team of one of our growing clients. This is a highly operational role where youll help drive pipeline momentum by supporting outreach campaigns maintaining CRM accuracy qualifying leads and documenting key sales processes. If you thrive in a collaborative remote-first environment and enjoy staying two steps ahead to keep things running smoothly wed love to meet you.
The role is primarily remote but once a physical office in Metro Manila is established you may be expected to join team meetings onsite once or twice a month and travel within Metro Manila for event-related needs.
Manage email task and calendar coordination for sales/GTM leaders
Execute outbound lead generation via LinkedIn and other marketing channels
Assist with website lead qualification using platforms like Vector and Attio
Document sales meeting notes agendas and follow-ups
Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records across multiple tools
Support co-marketing and field sales activation plays
Track customer and partner activities using sales journals
Conduct light research for events prospects and outreach prep
Organize and update shared resources and process documentation
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 proficiency)
Previous experience supporting sales marketing or GTM teams
Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing contact databases
Familiar with lead generation and LinkedIn outreach workflows
Highly organized self-managed and detail-oriented
Comfortable documenting activities meetings and playbooks
Reliable with excellent follow-through and time management
Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Based in the Philippines and willing to travel within Metro Manila if needed
Monday to Friday flexible working hours with required availability for a daily stand-up between 9AM to 5PM US PST.
