Job Description
Title: Senior Cyber Security Analyst
To provide 2nd & 3rd level threats investigations and remedy for customers
Provide high-level proactive technical support including security configurations security policy modification recommendation and diagnostics of remote network security issues
Analyze cyber security incident and implement improvement action plan.
Responsible for monthly Customer MSS presentation
Responsible for 24x7 duty roster operational arrangement
Protecting customer information assets and develop technology solutions to ensure the possible risks are promptly remediated.
Develop or improvise policy and procedure to meet operation and regulatory requirement.
Customer satisfaction & service focus delivery.
Involvement in business Continuous & Disaster Recovery test
Contribute as ISO 27001 Management Representative & steering committee member
Coach Junior Security Analyst on frequent update of correlations rules and threat intelligences.
