Job Description
We are hiring Interior Designer to craft top-notch designs for the regions highest corporate brand environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent design thinking skills and be able to take on the entire design development process independently. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the Design or Project lead and client to assess their needs and adjust a given approach based on feedback.
We are looking for candidates that have experience in large corporate office design and planning.
- Please filter out applicants who has no experiences in
- medium to large corporate offices experience
- A must for the knowledge of Sketchup Modelling and Rendering software ( Enscape / Vray etc)
- Candidate who at least must stay on with a firm with at least 2 years and above
Responsibilities
- Meet with the client to understand the clients objectives and desires
- Work closely with Design & Project Lead to implement the project and develop a complete set of construction details drawings.
- Communicate effectively with client vendors and team to address clients needs
- Prepare presentations (3D 2Dmock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience in the related field
- Must be skilled in ACAD SKP / 3D Max
- knowledge of 3D rendering software will be an advantage
