The UI/UX (User Interface User Experience) Designer is responsible for collecting investigating and evaluating user requirements.
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for both usability and looks & feel of our digital products needs to support branding and trust and it increase the ease of use. Also well executed design is critical for visually communicating our messages through marketing campaigns and for how our products are perceived by the users or potential clients. Well executed designs can make or break conversion rates for our products.
Responsibilities:
Research (users stakeholders competition industry specifics design patterns);
Proactive in business development of the product;
Communicates about product problems and solutions (heuristic analysis presentations brainstorming feedback etc) with team members (with Visual Design Product Owner Project Manager Developers QA) stakeholders and managers;
Constantly up to date with design trends and native design elements for platforms like Apple and Android;
Build Sketches Wireframes & Prototypes;
Design graphic user interface elements like menus tabs buttons and widgets;
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems once a feature is released along with the Product Manager;
Conduct layout adjustments based on stakeholders feedback.
Requirements:
At least 1 year(s) work experience in a similar position;
University Degree;
Technical skills: working with Jira Sketch Illustrator or Invision;
Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain or justify design decisions and articulate alternative design approaches;
Good understanding of Android and Apple platforms;
Wireframe creation experience is a plus;
A good deep understanding of how a digital product works: client server interaction is a plus;
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills;
Excellent problem determination and problem-solving skills;
Must be able to work and cope under pressure on limited timelines.
