Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients from the German market understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.
- Manage a high volume of accounts focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support.
- Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients using strong sales techniques.
- Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.
- Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
- Cultivate relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries concerns and providing timely resolutions.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a field that demonstrates transferable skills.
- C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
- Proven sales experience with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.
- Strong resilience and the ability to handle a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Experience working with targets and achieving high-volume sales results.
- Prior experience in customer service with a focus on resolving client issues and enhancing their experience is highly valued.
- Strong customer-facing experience particularly in a service-focused capacity.
- Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment adapting to new challenges and priorities.
