Role Responsibilities
- Drive paid marketing initiatives across platforms like Google Ads Meta and LinkedIn with a strong focus on performance and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with media contacts to negotiate and secure optimised ad placements for maximum exposure
- Design and deliver email campaigns tailored to different audience segments from newsletters to re-engagement series
- Analyse campaign performance and extract actionable insights to continuously improve open rates click-throughs and conversions
- Keep the CRM ecosystem (HubSpot) organised and optimised for automation nurturing and segmentation
- Track user behaviour and align data points with strategic marketing flows to boost engagement
- Forge strategic collaborations with influencers content creators and affiliate partners across the Portuguese-speaking landscape
- Launch co-branded initiatives and monitor partnership KPIs to ensure mutual value
- Automate customer journeys and lead nurturing sequences refining workflows to improve lead quality and conversion
- Develop clear data-backed reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders aligning marketing goals with business performance
- Liaise closely with internal departments from creative to commercial ensuring campaigns reflect brand vision and objectives
- Take part in strategic marketing discussions and contribute to planning innovative initiatives
Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing or performance marketing roles preferably in a multi-market or international setting
- Advertising: Strong working knowledge of Google Ads Meta/Instagram Ads and B2B channels like LinkedIn
- Email & CRM: Skilled in platforms such as Mailchimp and HubSpot with proven success in segmentation and automation
- Tools & Analytics: Comfortable working with marketing data; experience creating dashboards and interpreting campaign metrics
- Language: Native-level Portuguese with advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher both written and spoken)
- Soft Skills: Strategic thinker excellent communicator collaborative and confident in negotiations
- Education: Degree in Marketing Business Communication or a related field preferred
