As we continue to grow we are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our operational efforts and drive efficiency.
The Operations Manager at Beacon Communications plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization. This role involves overseeing various operational aspects including process optimization resource management and team leadership. The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing strategies to enhance productivity reduce costs and maintain the highest quality standards.
The annual salary range for this role is $95000.00 USD - $120000.00 commensurate on education experience and other relevant factors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that align with the companys goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage mentor and provide guidance to the project management and field technician teams ensuring they are motivated and working effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources including personnel equipment and materials to meet operational demands.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operational activities meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and negotiate favorable terms.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards.
- Emergency Response: Develop and maintain contingency plans to address operational disruptions or emergencies.

Education License and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management related field or transferable relevant experience.
- Proven experience in operations management with a track record of improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires prolonged sitting standing some bending stooping and stretching. Requires manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input.
- Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Job sites will have a variety of environmental factors including but not limited to noise dust and temperature changes.
- Work environment can be an office environment medical facility educational facility or a customer site under construction renovation or warehouse space.
- Must maintain a clear background check in order to satisfy customer jobsite badging requirements.
- Must be willing to submit to all vaccinations and screening tests required for customer jobsite badging protocol.
