Now Hiring: Administrative Customer Service Rep $18/hr - 2-3 month office 5 days per week.
Location: 7300 block of Holstein Ave Philadelphia PA 19153
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM ( hour unpaid lunch)
Start Date: ASAP Assignment through approx. 9/30 (subject to extension)
Eagle Staffing Company is seeking a Customer Service/Admin Support Specialist for our client located in Southwest Philadelphia. If youre organized professional and excel at providing outstanding customer service we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for all customer interactions (phone & email)
Greet and assist customers in-person handling all aspects of repair service
Create and manage work orders provide estimates and finalize invoices
Communicate clearly to obtain authorizations and approvals
Perform light cashier functions and general office duties
Use MS Word and Excel to maintain accurate documentation
Keep customers informed of updates delays or additional work needed
Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum of HS Diploma
Prior experience required
Strong communication & customer service skills
Comfortable with data entry; knowledge of Excel & Word is helpful
Previous experience in an automotive or repair environment is a plus
